Site Services Tech

Atlantic Gold Corporation is currently assembling our Site Service Team and are seeking Site Services Tech that will be based at the Moose River Consolidated Mine. Join us and work at one of the best new mines in North America.

Reporting to the Site Services Supervisor, the Site Services Tech is responsible for maintaining the physical elements of the mine site aside from the operational areas.   Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Work with contractors, and subtrades, and site staff on site issues
  • Be a safety Champion – Mentor, monitor and self-police site safety policies and procedures
  • Coordinate, monitor and Project manage onsite contractors
  • Carry out repairs or modifications related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work
  • Metal work
  • Sign installations
  • Fuel inventory (dip stick)
  • Fuel distribution
  • Coordinate grey water pick up
  • Sweep public road crossing
  • Snow clearing
  • Use of various site pumps and relocation
  • Site clean-up as required
  • General labor work
  • Landscaping including grass cutting and planting, and watering
  • Data recording
  • Assisting warehouse deliveries as needed
  • Manning site equipment wash bay
  • Servicing modular buildings/household handyman duties
  • Maintain electric boot trays in working order
  • Inspections and management of a preventative maintenance system
  • Assist other departments as necessary when required


  • Erosion control/Silt fence installations
  • Water control around site (ie culvert installations, ditching, parking lots, etc), including water truck operation, and grader operation as required
  • Dust control
  • Maintaining water sample trails


Current and Valid Class 5, operations of light-mid size industrial equipment (Skid Steer, Bob Cat, Class 3 License, Snow Plow operation)
