Steven Dean - Chairman, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Steven Dean is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a Member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. He has extensive experience internationally in mining, including as President of Teck Cominco Limited (now Teck Resources Ltd.). Teck is Canada's largest diversified resource company, is the largest producer of metallurgical coal in North America and a major producer of copper, zinc, and energy from 13 mines in Canada, United States, Chile and Peru.

Prior to joining Teck, Mr. Dean was a founding member of management of the Normandy Poseidon Group, (which became Normandy Mining) which was the largest Australian gold producer and a significant producer of base metals and industrial minerals until its acquisition by Newmont Mining in 2002, as well as co-founder of PacMin Mining Corporation which became a subsidiary of Teck Corporation in 1999. He was also a co-founder and former chairman of Amerigo Resources Ltd.

Mr. Dean is the former Chairman and a director of Sierra Metals Inc.. (TSX:SMT), and Chairman of Oceanic Iron Ore Corp. (TSX-V:FEO).

Maryse Belanger - Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Bélanger brings over 30 years of experience with senior gold companies globally with strengths in studies, technical services and operational excellence and efficiency. She was most recently the CEO and Managing Director of Mirabela Nickel Ltd. where she has been responsible for the turnaround and cost cutting success at that company's Santa Rita mine in Brazil during a period of extremely low metal prices. From 2011 to 2014, Ms. Bélanger was a senior executive with Goldcorp ultimately as Senior Vice President, Technical Services where she oversaw the global geology, mine planning and design, metallurgy, hydrology, tailings dam and geotechnical engineering functions. During her career, Ms. Bélanger has also gained considerable expertise providing oversight and project management support for some of the mining industry's key strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Ms. Bélanger was Director, Technical Services for Kinross Gold Corporation for Brazil and Chile. Ms. Bélanger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and a graduate certificate in Geostatistics. She is also fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. She has been an active board member at Mirabela, True Gold, CEEC International Ltd and a member of Westcoast Women in Engineering, Science and Technology. Ms. Bélanger will be responsible for the overall operational and technical management of the Company's assets as well as take a lead role alongside the Chairman and CEO of the Company in executing the Company's business plan and strategy, including the identification of new strategic acquisition opportunities for Atlantic.

Chris Batalha - Chief Financial Officer

Chartered Accountant with over three years’ experience in accounting, finance, corporate governance and M&A with a number of mining exploration and development companies. Mr. Batalha also spent 5 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Audit and Assurance Group in Vancouver.

Wally Bucknell - Director of Exploration, Director

Wally Bucknell is a geologist with over 40 years' experience in mineral exploration in Canada and Australia, most recently as Managing Director of Atlantic Gold NL engaged in the development of the Touquoy and Cochrane Hill gold deposits in Nova Scotia. Previously he was General Manager Exploration for Plutonic Resources during which time his exploration team discovered over 10 million ounces of gold, mostly in Western Australia. He was awarded The Association of Mining and Exploration Companies' (AMEC's) Prospector of the Year in 1999 for the blind discovery of the 2 million ounce Centenary gold deposit at Darlot in Western Australia. His earlier Canadian experience included a decade with Rio Algom. Wally graduated from the Australian National University and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and of the Geological Association of Canada.

John Thomas - VP Projects

Mr. Thomas is a professional engineer, and holds an M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the University of Manchester, UK. Mr. Thomas also received a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the U.K. Association of Certified Accountants. Mr. Thomas has extensive experience in the mineral resource industry, particularly in Latin America, and is currently a director of Canada Zinc Metals Corp. He has previously served as Vice President, Development of Rusoro Mining, and Vice President, Operations of Bolivar Gold Corp.

Tony Woodfine - General Manager

Mr. Woodfine brings over 20 years’ experience with base and precious metals in open pit mines.  He has experience with all phases of open pit mining including; permitting (open to closure), short-term and long-term planning, mine efficiency studies, NI 43-101 report writing and tailings dam construction.  Mr. Woodfine also has experience designing and implementing safety programs, managing mobile maintenance and project managing multimillion dollar budgets.  He has a proven record for turning around safety performance and for bringing projects on time and within or under budget.  Mr. Woodfine has previously worked for Northgate Minerals Corporation, Vale NL, and Baffinland Iron Ore with five years as Mine Manager and two as General Manager.  He has completed three successful mine startups taking those mines from ground breaking into stable production.

Alastair Tiver - VP Mine Development

Mr. Tiver, is a mining engineer with 27 years of international mining experience who joined the Company in October 2015. He has been involved in all phases of mine operation, planning, permitting and mine development both in base and precious metals. He has consulted numerous projects worldwide and has a strong technical background in resource and reserve estimation. For the past 10 years he has been involved in project development within Canada and has held senior management roles in a number of companies including BCMetals, Copper Mountain Mining Corporation and Yellowhead Mining Inc. Mr Tiver holds a Master's in Business Administration, is a professional engineer registered in the province of British Columbia and a member of the Australasian Institute of mining and Metallurgy.

Neil Schofield - Consulting Resource Geologist

25+ year career as a mineral resource consultant. Developed resource models and grade control systems experience with the Sunrise Dam, Hemlo, Kevitsa, Ernest Henry and Cannington mines. Mr. Schofield has co-authored several technical papers on sampling and mineral resource estimation, published mainly by the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
